Packaging

All prints are packaged with archival materials to ensure safe delivery.

• A3 & A2 (NZ orders): Shipped flat in rigid mailers with corner protection.

• A3, A2 & A1 (International orders): Shipped in heavy‑duty kraft tubes with plastic end caps.

• All prints are wrapped in acid‑free tissue and glassine for protection.

Delivery Times

The following are provided here as a guideline or estimate; there maybe variations based on shipping factors.

New Zealand: 2–4 working days

Australia: 5–10 working days

USA, UK, Europe: 7–14 working days

Rest of world: 10–20 working days

Tracking is provided for all orders.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Printed artwork (HS Code 491191) typically enters most countries duty‑free.

Damage & Replacements

If your print arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos and I’ll arrange a replacement.
