about me
I live in NewZealand — the land of the long white cloud. New Zealand is home to the Kiwi, jandals, and the mighty All Blacks, but it’s also home to me. Photography isn’t my nine‑to‑five; it’s something I do for love. The love of a moment caught in time. The love of craft and creation. The love of stepping into nature and waiting for something unexpected to unfold.
Out in the wild, nothing is staged. You can’t control the weather or pause the light. You simply show up, humbled and exhilarated, hoping the scene reveals itself. That’s where I feel most alive.
Sport — especially rugby — is another place where time moves fast and emotion runs deep. I like to get low to the ground, close to the action, braving winter weather to freeze those fleeting moments. Many players never see themselves in motion, relying on quick phone snaps or sideline glimpses. Being able to hand them an image that makes them smile long after the final whistle is one of the best parts of what I do.
Nature, family, weddings, and sport — that’s my photography in a nutshell. I don’t do events.
